RINO APPAREL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchange
- Item is eligible for a return and exchange if it is unused with official labels attached.
- For item with any damage incurred after receiving the item, it is not eligible for any return and exchange.
- We provide exchanging of item if a wrong size has been ordered.
- Exchanging of different product style is not accepted. You may return the item and place a new order if you wish to order another product style.
- Any return of an item shall be received by RINO APPAREL within 7 days following the date of receiving of the item for domestic customer and 14 days following the date of receiving of the item for international customer.
- Item is to be posted in its original packaging as it was being posted to the customer.
- Item is to be returned to the same address on the original packaging for further actions.
- Receipt and proof of purchase must include together with the item inside the package for returning.
- You will be responsible to pay for any shipping cost incurred during returning process which is not refundable.
- Returns take 2-3 days to proceed.
- You will be noticed for any further action through email.
- Sales/Clearance items are not eligible for any return and exchange.
- Refund will be initiate after completing the inspection of the returning item.
- Refund will be to your credit card or any original method of payment.
- Refund is expected to be received within specific amount of days which is depending on your card issuer's policies.
