        Q: How Much Is The Shipping ?

        Within Malaysia,

        - All shipping within Malaysia will be charged at a flat rate of RM10.

        - Purchase of RM250 and above and you are entitled a FREE delivery.

        - Orders will be received within 3-5 working days [excluding weekends/ holidays] from the approved date of payment.

        - Payment process may take up to two (2) days for verification and shipping notification email (includes tracking number) will be sent to our customers after the package is shipped out.


        Outside Malaysia,

        - International shipping may incur customs fee, duty fee, collection fee and taxes depending on the country our customer resides. These charges are not included in the final amount purchased which is solely beared by the customer.

        - Any additional fees will be due upon delivery.

        - Orders will be received from 10 – 14 working days [excluding weekends/ holidays] from the approved date of payment. Payment process may take up to two (2) days for verification and shipping notification email (includes tracking number) will be sent to our customers after the package is shipped out.


        Q: Do I Need To Pay Tax & Duty ?

        - All international orders may be subjected to taxes and duties.

        - Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.

        - We ship your package DDU [duties & taxes unpaid], and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/ or taxes during checkout.

        - Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package[s].

        - Custom agents have the right to release or cease your package[s], they might also delay the delivery.

        - Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery [COD]. If your order requires these additional charges, it must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.


        Q: Unable To Remove And Add Items Into My Shopping Cart. How To Resolve ?

        - It should be a memory problem from your browser. Kindly delete cookies from your browser.


        Q: I Have Signed Up To Rinoapparel.com, but Could Not Login With My Password.

        - Yes you can. You may check out as guest which will be appearing on the check out screen if you do not wish to create an account.


        What Are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt ?

        - Order Received: This email informs you that Rinoapparel.com has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.

        - Order Processed: This email confirms Rinoapparel.com has processed your order.

        - Order Shipped: This email confirms that Rinoapparel.com has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
